Christmas Seasonal Team Member
Part-Time Temporary Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join the team at Tillius Winchester for our busy Christmas period.

Tillius is a friendly, family-run business, and we really value dependable team members who are happy to get stuck in and provide great service during one of our busiest times of the year.

This is a part-time seasonal position, and applicants will need to have good availability throughout the Christmas period, including our busiest trading days.

The role will include:

• Welcoming and helping customers in store
• Providing friendly, helpful customer service
• Serving customers and handling day-to-day shop tasks
• Helping with online orders and sales
• Using our digital systems confidently
• Keeping the shop organised and running smoothly during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed shifts
• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems
• Happy to work as part of a small, supportive team
• Flexible and available throughout the Christmas period
• Willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed

Previous experience in customer service, retail or online sales would be preferable, but it isn’t essential. We welcome applications from anyone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

The role is temporary and part-time, running until 3 January 2027.
