I went to visit Tillius on a complete whim when I was exploring Winchester over the Christmas period. Honestly, I preferred this shop over the whole Christmas market combined. It was so whimsical and really spoke to me, especially when I approached the rear of the shop and found that they do TAXIDERMY! Honestly I was so exited, so spent a lot of time looking around and reading about everything which I found fascinating. Now all of this leads me onto their Taxidermy Butterfly Subscription, not only is it more affordable than buying individual pieces to display, but the packaging was amazing. It had been wrapped up in bows and sealed with wax, within a box that was tightly compacted to ensure the item wasn’t damaged. Opening the delivery was almost as fun as the butterfly frame itself self. Anyway, I’ll stop yapping on about it now and say that I couldn’t recommend this enough, the butterflies are ethically sourced and absolutely beautiful to display. Go check it out!!!
Love my first frame! I signed up last week as I’ve always loved butterflies. It was wrapped like a present and I can’t wait to grow my collection!
4 months into the subscription and I am incredibly happy with the ones recieved so far. A great variety of butterflies and moths that are in excellent condition! I love opening my surprise box every month and with the addition of a little card inside aswell is amazing. Would highly recommend for yourself or a gift to someone who loves collecting beautiful things❤️
I’ve been collecting butterfly frames for a while before I found this subscription and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever bought for myself. The quality is exceptional and I think it’s priced very well. I look forward to receiving the new frame each month and I’m never disappointed. I’ve been getting these for over a year now and I’m not planning on stopping (ever) and just hope there’s enough butterflies 😁
The work is beautiful! This was a gift from my best friend and i absolutely adore each and everyone of them! I will be continuing the subscription after the 6 months is up. Personally I think the wrapping of each item makes this so special! You can truly see the time and care someone puts into each of these!!
